Hi there, How was your March? Mine was a blast. I hosted an Irish taco pop-up at my commercial kitchen and sampled all different types of craft hot sauces to about 200 people. The Guinness braised corned beef and cabbage tacos were delicious. :) It was an extra special day for me...
Hi there, I wanted to share our latest and one of our favorite craft hot sauce profiles yet. The profile is done by Scott Zalkind by Lucky Dog Hot Sauce out of Hayward, California. I started getting involved in the hot sauce community in 2014, and I came to learn a lot about hot sauces, business, marketing...
Hi there, Hope you're doing well. Since I last reached out we've had a few new Craft Hot Sauce profiles. Check out the maker stories of Chilli Richmond from Virginia, Culley's from New Zealand, and Town Farm Gardens from Massachusetts. Last week I stopped by Alicia's Homemade in Worcester, Mass...
At Craft Hot Sauce, our pepper garden is thriving in the summer heat and sun, as el jefe jalapenos and golden ghost peppers begin to grow. In the meantime, we have a couple of craft hot sauce maker stories from the Mid-Atlantic to share with you.
I had a fantastic time speaking with Bob Ferretti from Hot Sauce 4 Good (now called Caldo Hot Sauce)  in our third episode of our podcast series and Jojo from Jojo's Sriracha in Denver. Both companies not only make fantastic small-batch hot sauce, but they have great stories and company visions.
We heard from some really cool craft hot sauce companies leading the charge on the Hot Sauce Revolution. Howler Monkey Sauces, a Jacksonville Beach company with Panama influences and Taylor's Ultimate, an artisanal hot sauce company in Miami
You could almost say January was the month of Sriracha, as we had two Craft Hot Sauce maker stories on purely Sriracha-based companies. Both Jojo's Sriracha and Kitchen Garden Farm are progressive leaders in the small-batch Sriracha area, and it's great to see they are both organic and Non-GMO. We also had Red Hawk Premium Pepper from Pennsylvania featured.
Hi there, Happy New Year! We hope you had a great holiday season, full of festivities, rest, delicious food, and especially good hot sauce. Some of you may have been following CraftHotSauce for the entire year, others may have found out about us last month, but regardless, we hope you have enjoyed our content...
October was a fun month for Craft Hot Sauce, hearing from lots of new hot sauce and chili companies and sharing our content with many more new chiliheads. Brian of CHS got to travel to Berlin for a weekend and met with Jonathan O'Reilly of Crazy Bastard Sauce. Our Craft Hot Sauce newsletter followers are the first ones to hear the first Craft Hot Sauce Podcast.
Hi there, Thanks for your interest in Craft Hot Sauce, and I hope you're enjoying some of the content we've been sharing lately. In September, we got a look at four new craft hot sauces spanning three different continents, and a whole lot more chiliheads joined our ranks. In the next couple of months...
