St. Paddy's Day Taco Pop up and launch of Craic Sauce - April 2018

Hi there,

How was your March? Mine was a blast. I hosted an Irish taco pop-up at my commercial kitchen and sampled all different types of craft hot sauces to about 200 people. The Guinness braised corned beef and cabbage tacos were delicious. :)

It was an extra special day for me because it was the grand release of my own brand Craic Sauce. You can read myCraft Hot Sauce profile here.

We have another taco and hot sauce pop-up on Cinco de Mayo in Boston. If you're not in the area, you can check out ourCraft Hot Sauce Box to get delicious small-batch hot sauces mailed to you.

Towards the end of the month, I had an awesome conversation withGene from Karma Sauce in Rochester, NY on the Craft Hot Sauce podcast. Take a listen if you want to know what happens to your business when you're featured on the Hot Ones YouTube channel:

Lastly, over the past 12 months, I've gotten to meet Jeff Johnson, assistant to the time-traveling Guru Ji who is searching for a particular pepper variety mentioned in at least two and possibly three ancient mystical manuscripts, including the Vedic Sanskrit. Jeff and his Guru's Hot Sauce Test Tasting Society created a new YouTube channel, and I was honored that Craic Sauce was the first to successfully summon the Guru.

Thanks!

Brian

P.S. Drop me a line if you'll be at the NYC Hot Sauce Expo!
