Replacing the winter snow with hot sauce - January 2017

Hi there,

Happy New Year! I'm writing this from Boston where we just got 12+ inches of snow, and I'll be keeping busy inside today by making a batch of Tropical Hot Sauce. I hope you try out this recipe and experiment with your own alterations. We'll even update the post to add your suggestions if you try it out and make changes to the recipe.

I made a few New Year's resolutions, but if you're a chilehead like me, I recommend checking out some of ourHot Sauce-related New Year's resolutions. One of the resolutions in the article is going to a Hot Sauce Festival. I attended the NYC Hot Sauce Expo last year, which was amazing, and I also plan on attending the Chilifest festival put on by Kitchen Garden Sriracha in Western Massachusetts. We just compiled alist of about 50 hot sauce expos around the world which I suggest you take a look at.

At Craft Hot Sauce we try to support and increase the presence of hot sauce companies of all sizes and locations around the world. We have amonthly hot sauce club you can sign up for or you canhandpick your own sauces at our shop. Give me a shout if there are any particular craft hot sauces you think we need to include!

Stay warm and spicy!
