After starting this site, I decided to start my own hot sauce companyCraic Sauce last year, but I only recently started experimenting with making fermented hot sauce.

I'm lining up some new Craft Hot Sauce profiles and podcasts for our Craft Hot Sauce Monthly Club, and one of those is Alvin’s Hot Pepper Sauces.
