About the Hot Maple Syrup: The pure organic Vermont maple syrup in this product was harvested by Jen and Nick Merritt of Stony Hill Maple in Fletcher, Vermont. This hot maple syrup is combined with organic habanero peppers from the UVM Catamount Farm in South Burlington, Vermont.
Uses: You obviously have to give hot french toast or pancakes with this habanero infused maple syrup, but it's also great on chicken wings, pull pork, roasted root veggies and salmon.

Maker Story: Ben Maniscalco of Benito's Hot Sauce makes every batch by hand in their tiny commercial kitchen in Northern Vermont. They source over 10,000 pounds of local chile peppers, organic veggies and other farmstead ingredients every year from local Vermont Farms.
Benito's Hot Sauce started out as a hobby in college when the sudden frost came and Ben would mess around and do a lot of cooking. The hot sauce then grew as a part time job, which then grew into a full time job in 2015.
