Uses: This verde sauce is quite versatile. It's my favorite as a finishing sauce that I can use on eggs and especially Italian food, but you can really put this sauce on anything!

Makers Story: Humboldt Hot Sauce is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Cal and Heidi Ferris.The idea of a healthy hot sauce came about in Cal's Portland Oregon restaurant "Cool Runnings Cafe" in 2002. What started as a table side condiment at the Cafe, soon became one of the most popular requested items!
In 2005, they decided to focus just on the hot sauce and closed the Cafe. After a few years of scheming and hot sauce dreaming, Cal and Heidi moved to Humboldt with no jobs, no place to live and a spicy dream.
