Rhed’s Hot Sauce Owner Deja Hart grew to love and enjoy the hot stuff during her childhood in SoCal. She later became the executive chef of a boutique Thai and Indonesian fusion restaurant in California, where she learned how to cook and harvest delicious, vivid flavors from hot peppers.
After she and her husband Karsten moved to Rhode Island, Karsten started a pepper garden in their backyard. The variety and taste of the peppers Karsten grew were excellent, and this inspired Deja Hart to start her own hot sauce company and create flavorful, delicious hot sauces.
