About the Sauce: The Queens 7 hot sauce made from Small Axe Peppers is made from ingredients that are representative of the diverse borough of Queens. The main ingredient Tomato is the basis of many curries made from Indian populations. The heat is provided by the jalapeno, representing the Mexican culture in Corona, Queens. The fish oil in this hot sauce is also used in Southeast Asia cooking that you will find in Flushing.

Uses: This is sauce is a milder sauce with tons of flavor making it a great everyday sauce. It can be used as a flavor first sauce on eggs, but also great for cooking or adding to all different types of salads.
