Instead of roasting the ingredients, we slowly smoke them with Cherrywood over charcoal which gives you a flavor that is unlike any other hot sauce on the market. It’s a crowd favorite and can be very addicting.
Uses: Pairs well with just about anything. Great on top of an oyster shooter, sandwiches, or huevos con papas.
