Tim Wilcox and Caroline Pam first met at the Union Square Greenmarket in New York City in 2003. Inspired by the quality and variety of produce in New York City, Tim and Caroline were motivated to start an organic produce farm.
Today, Tim and Caroline own Kitchen Garden Farm, a 50-acre organic specialty vegetable farm located in Sunderland, Massachusetts.
