Uses: This sauce great to cook with to add more flavor when cooking poultry or roasting vegetables, but if you're a meat eater you should really try it on lamb because the mint/basil flavor is a perfect match.

Maker Story: Cooking has always been a passion for Connie Caulfield, owner of Caulfield Provision Company. Connie remembers the first time she tried hot sauce: she was dared to try Tabasco sauce at a local mall with friends. To her friend's surprise, she thoroughly enjoyed the heat, beginning her love affair with hot sauce and spicy foods.
Hot sauce remained a part of Connie's life for years to come, and in the spring of 2016, she suggested to her husband that they take a stab at professionally making hot sauce. After agreeing to take this leap of faith, they learned to use their different cooking and work styles together to create a dynamic line of hot sauces.
