About the Sauce: When I see a recipe calls for garlic, I use double the amount. I think Ron at Fartley Farms did the same. The garlic comes out great in this hot sauce, but is evolves into a beautiful sweet heat that is bight, and slightly smoky. Get two, because these bottles won't last long in your fridge!
Uses: This hot sauce has every day hot sauce written all over it, but it's really good with stir fry, eggs, and can also be used to add a little kick to a marinade.
